Calorie-friendly banana mini loaf ππ
1.5 cups flour
1.5 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 medium ripe bananas
1/2 cup plain 0% greek yogurt
2 eggs
1/4 cup calorie free maple syrup
15-20g mini chocolate chips (optional)
20g walnuts (optional)
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients together and mix wet ingredients together in separate bowls. Combine ingredients but don't over mix. Spray a muffin or mini loaf pan and pour batter evenly. Add in optional chocolate chips and/or walnuts. Bake for 14-18 minutes and lightly salt once cooled.
