This saying completely changed my perspective on fat loss when I was lost in the diet world with 50 pounds to lose. Realistically, I had no intention on cutting out delicious food forever, so I felt hopeless and stuck.

Eventually, I realized it wasn't the food that was the problem, it was the habit I had of overeating them.
